Woody Mountain

 After church last Sunday four of my "moms and dads" here and I went on a bit of an exploration on our snowshoes.  We snowshoed up Woody Mountain on the south side of Cooke City and had a fabulous, though exhausting 4.5 hour showshoe trip!  Our goal had been to make it to the Woody Falls, but we had about a three hour detour at first.  The snow was 4-5 feet under us and on every branch, twig, and mossy hair around us.  Narnia in the west. 


I'm not sure what's going on with my stance here.



Where's Lisa?



There were a number of casualties... actually fewer than there should have been for all the mountain sides I made them climb!
