My college roommate, Kristin, has a thing for rearranging the furniture in her apartment. Every now and then I would return to our apartment at Crown College and find the living room arranged differently than it was was upon my departure that morning. I didn’t mind. Change is usually good. And sometimes you just get the urge to rearrange something in your life. Particularly, I suppose, in the springtime. If I had a living room, my creative energies would have been invested in that this past weekend. Alas.
Let’s just call this rearrangement on the blog a ‘Springtime Tidy’. It feels fresh and clean, as if it’s just had everything on its shelves completely removed and dusted with a wet cloth. Somehow a wet cloth always brings a sense of cleanliness to a space.
And for your viewing pleasure, a couple of springtime scenes.
It’s through the camera lens that I’m continually reminded of how the magical moments in life are usually all around us—we only need to look for them.
